Saanich Trail

Winding through a stunning private forest in Saanich, this extensive 2,000-foot residential trail project was executed using highly specialized, low-impact construction methods. Our primary objective was to improve year-round property access and manage complex water runoff without disturbing the delicate surrounding ecosystem. We meticulously mapped the trail to follow the land's natural contours, performing precise grading and installing discrete drainage channels to prevent washouts during heavy seasonal rains. This durable, highly functional woodland pathway perfectly preserves the site's natural character while significantly expanding the long-term usability of the estate.
