The Project Snapshot

Set in the Highlands, the Gowlland Road project required a comprehensive landscape build across a rugged, forested site with significant grade conditions. The approach prioritized natural flow and durability, shaping circulation and outdoor spaces around the land’s contours while creating clean, finished transitions throughout the property while establishing clear transitions across the driveway, paths, and planting zones.

Veenstra Consulting delivered full-site landscape construction including natural stone patios and pathways, stone seat walls and planters, gravel surfacing, rock feature beds, and layered planting across mulched garden zones. Drainage-conscious detailing and rock management help the site perform through seasons, while boulder placement and planting structure create a landscape that feels grounded, cohesive, and built to last.
