The Project Snapshot

Located in Bear Mountain, the Grand Forest Close project responded to steep terrain, exposed rock outcroppings, and a forested hillside setting. The design approach prioritized restraint and site sensitivity, allowing the landscape to emerge naturally from existing conditions rather than imposing rigid geometry.

The result is a cohesive outdoor environment shaped by natural stone patios, curved circulation paths, and integrated seating elements. Each feature works with the land’s natural contours, creating a landscape that feels grounded, intentional, and built to endure.
