The Project Snapshot
Located in Saanich, Nigel House is a multi-residential development designed to support accessibility, dignity, and community connection through thoughtful outdoor spaces.
The landscape needed to serve a wide range of daily users, balancing universal access with natural character. Grades, surfaces, and transitions were carefully considered to ensure safe, intuitive movement throughout the site, while planting selections reinforced a calm, welcoming environment that blends into the surrounding neighborhood.
Rather than treating accessibility as an add-on, the design integrates it seamlessly into the landscape—creating outdoor spaces that feel intentional, comfortable, and easy to use for everyone.
The result is an inclusive residential landscape that supports everyday routines, encourages outdoor engagement, and enhances quality of life through durable, well-considered construction.
