Designed to support a rapidly growing municipality, the South Langford Elementary project delivers a highly resilient, play-forward school environment that safely integrates active sports areas with interactive outdoor learning zones. Knowing the heavy daily foot traffic this campus would endure, we utilized durable, high-impact materials and advanced stormwater management systems to prevent erosion and pooling during heavy West Coast rains. The resulting landscape provides a safe, engaging, and highly functional space that encourages physical activity, outdoor education, and community gathering, proving that durable civic infrastructure can also be exceptionally beautiful and ecologically sound.
